1. Marketplace Platform

epScarT is ONLY a technology platform that connects Customers and independent Vendors. We do NOT provide services directly. Vendors are not employees of epScarT.

2. No Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

epScarT is NOT responsible for: Quality of Service, Damages, Theft, Delays, Pricing, or Vendor Conduct. All deals are between Customer and Vendor directly. Use platform at your own risk.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide true information. Fake CNIC = Legal action under PECA 2016
• No harassment, fraud, or illegal services allowed
• Vendors must complete work professionally and on time

4. Payments & Commission

All payments go through secure gateways. epScarT may charge a commission from Vendors. epScarT does not hold cash.

5. Dispute Resolution

First contact epScarT Support for mediation. If not resolved, all legal disputes will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts of Abbottabad, KPK, Pakistan.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistan Law, epScarT’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us in last 3 months. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to protect and hold epScarT harmless from any claim or lawsuit arising from your use of the platform or your services.

8. Account Termination

epScarT can suspend or ban any account without notice if Terms are violated.

9. Intellectual Property

“epScarT” logo, name and website content are our property. No copying allowed.
